Our potato kugel recipe was shared with us by friends many, many years ago. It's made with russet potatoes. It's a nice side dish for a meal. We par bake it and then freeze it.
When you get home, remove the plastic top, put it in the oven in the baking dish that we provide, add aluminum foil to the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (until 165 degrees internal temperature).
